I proudly represented the buyers for this 5 bedroom / 2 bathroom Eichler home located at 95 El Capitan Drive, San Rafael CA 94903.

Built in 1963, this mid-century modern home was a desirable double-A frame Eichler home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lucas Valley. The home featured dramatic vaulted ceilings and walls of glass throughout. The property backs up to open space and was located on a quiet street in Upper Lucas Valley. The home was originally priced at $959,000 and I was able to assist my clients in purchasing the home for $850,000.

I wanted to let everyone know that 4 of my modern (or more accurately, mid-century modern and contemporary!) listings in Marin County will be held open this upcoming Sunday (3/29) from 1-4pm.

My four new listings that will be held open in Marin this Sunday include three properties in San Rafael and one property in Mill Valley. Property addresses are as follows (click on the property address for additional information regarding each home):

The first three properties are mid-century modern homes that are located in Terra Linda / San Rafael. You could easily 'hit' all three of my open houses in San Rafael within a matter of minutes since they are all within close proximity to one another.

The fourth property is a mid-century home in Mill Valley that has recently been updated with a contemporary flair. The home is located in the popular Strawberry Mill Valley neighborhood which is an excellent location for commuters to San Francisco.
