For the last 11 years I have worked almost exclusively as a Seller's agent in the interesting and competitive market area surrounding Shawano, WI. Real estate is my career but taking care of my Seller's interest is my daily job. Focusing on this has connected me with the best business people in this area who have the experience, knowledge and technical ability to help accomplish this goal.

I am from Central Wisconsin later in life I have lived on the east & west coasts. I hold a BA degree in multiple foreign languages. With my family I spend part of each summer on Legend Lake and part of the winter in Praia do Flamengo, Brazil.

Areas of Expertise

The real estate industry is in a transformation phase (and probably always has been) but the missions are still the same, bring Buyers and Sellers together, help build better communities, assist investors in wealth creation, assist people in making what often is their largest financial transaction. To do this an agent not only needs to be able to embrace and use new technologies and understand new trends but must have a high success ratio and demonstrate a broad knowledge of the real estate market. There is one other characteristic and that is care.

I specialize in all types & price ranges of residential single family homes, waterfront, vacant lots & acreage, hobby farms, 1031 Tax Exchanges, real estate purchases using your IRA funds, second homes, investment properties (rentals & rehabs) and relocations & REO's.
