FHA Mortgage in Albertville Minnesota...Hurry payments will increase on April 18th 2011

FHA Mortgage in Albertville Minnesota...Hurry payments will increase on April 18 2011

FHA just announced that they will be raising the rates on monthly mortgage insurance for all case numbers issued after April 18th 2011. FHA homebuyers in MN will have to have their signed purchase agreement prior to the 18th to take advantage of the current rates.

FHA Mortgage's are still at historically low rates and with the low home prices in St Michael, Albertville, Hanover, Otsego, Maple Grove, and many other cities in Minnesota its a great time to jump on the current Mortgage insurance premiums.

The Example below shows the payment changes on a $163,000 home purchase. Does it make sense to wait? Rates are on the rise, Higher MIP, and more buyers typically in the summer... Find your new place by 18 April 2011

Its nearly 40 degrees outside today in Albertville and unseasonably warm for Minnesota in Mid February. Get out in this beautiful weather and look at a home before the summer rush and before FHA increases the costs for your FHA mortgage.

April 18th will be here fast you dont have time to wait!

Albertville Minnesota's own Acting out Studio presents show choir!

Albertville Minnesota's own Acting out Studio presents show choir!

Boys and girls from 4th through 12th grade are presenting "A Night on Broadway" show choir performance. If you are in the St Michael Albertville area check out the talented Boys and girls on March 4th and 5th 2011 in the STMA Middle School West Auditorium. Tickets are a bargain at on $8.00 each, 1/10th what it would cost on Broadway. But in Albertville they put on a great show at a fair price.

First time homebuyer tax credit is still alive in Albertville Minnesota!

First time homebuyer tax credit is still alive in Albertville Minnesota

Its true some first time home buyers are still eligible for the first time home buyer tax credit. Its our military personnel that served in qualified duty overseas for at least 90 days during the period beginning after Dec. 31, 2008, and ending before May 1, 2010.

What a great opportunity for my fellow Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors and Marines, they are not competing with all of the many people that were rushing to close before the "standard" FTHB tax credit was expiring, they are not dealing with the temporarily elevated prices due to the multiple offers in the FTHB price range.

I returned from a 6 month deployment recently and NO-ONE told me about this benefit! what an hidden opportunity for my fellow servicemembers!

Many deployed men and women came home with extra cash from their deployment, have little debt, steady jobs and hopefully sufficient credit scores. Our military are perfect candidates to buy a home at great prices...awesome!!!

Here's a Link to IRS site for specific info

But instead of trying to figure out a bunch of IRS jargon Call me right away before this credit expires. I'm a fellow servicemen that knows the military and how to do mortgages for Military members and vets!

To Credit Repair or Not to Credit Repair? that is the question!

With Today's lending environment credit it too important to be left unchecked. Credit Scores have become one of the major factor in affordable home ownership. All of the major Mortgage agencies and lenders have made it more and more difficult for the average buyer to buy a home. With 720 scores being the benchmark for the best rates and terms we need to be aware of where buyers are at prior to looking at homes.

So I'm thinking that the best solution is www.erase/myscore.com no I don't think so (this isnt a real link, I don't think?) but many of our American Neighbors have errors on their credit report that are preventing them from achieving the American Dream. The credit repositories are reporting erroneous data at an alarming rate. According to the current credit laws consumers are given the ability to dispute this data on thier own but most wont do it. Is Credit repair the solution? I think for many its a great way to get the job done in a timely manner and move them toward their goals. Without it they will pay more for insurance, credit cards, car loans Mortgages can have a huge impact.

With Minor corrections to a credit report we can help Home buyers into homes and expedite our housing recovery!
