Gisler School Parent Teacher Organization is holding an fund raiser at the Fountain Valley Skating Center.

The cost is $5 which includes skates.

The fund raiser is from 3:30 p. m. until 6:00 p. m.

This weekend Fountain Valley will be having it's Summerfest and Classic Car Show. It will be at the recreation center at Mile Square Park Heil Ave. and Brookhurst St. The Summerfest begins Friday night at 5pm until 11pm. Saturday the Classic Car Show is from 7am until 3pm. The Summerfest starts on Saturday at noon until11pm and on Sunday noon until 10 pm. There will be carnival rides and vendor booths and lots and lots of food.

Entertainment run throughout the Summerfest. It should be lots of fun. I will report in with lots of picture on Sunday

Gisler Elementary Carnival 2009 This Friday

This Friday June 5^th, from 4:00 pm to 8:00pm Gisler Elementary School in Fountain Valley will be having its first annual Country Fair/ Carnival.

Games and food booths will be part of the fun. Please stop by my booth for free bottled water and Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach real estate info.

1. You are breathing the air that this systems move throughout your home.

•(a) Clean or change filter monthly.

•(b) Have duct worked checked by an expert and clean as needed.

•(c) If you have a wall heater with the unit off vacuum around grills monthly to keep free from dust.

2. Your heater needs to breathe, too

•(a) Remove anything stored around heater. If free standing keep at least 12 in around the unit free from anything stored.

•(b) Do not block return air register.

•(c) Have a professional service your unit before the heating or cooling season to clean out the inside of unit.

3. Keep any fresh air intake into the system clean and clear of blockage.

(a) Watch what is put near the intake. Odors will be brought into your home.

(b) Make sure that there is a screen to keep pest out.

(c) Keep moisture away to avoid mold or mildew

4. Keeping everything clean and clear will make it easier for find out what is wrong with the system if there are repairs needed.

(a) Your repair man will take less time to service your equipment.

(b) Your repairman will not track dirt through your house.

(c) Your repairman will respect you and think you might know something about the equipment and may charge you less.

5. All of the above will save you money and use less energy.
