Beautiful Home in Gated Community with Golf Course - Brandywine Bay on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina!!!
If you know someone looking to retire on the coast and live in a gated, golf course community, check this out - 117 Cottage Row. This house is located in Brandywine Bay that has an 18 hole Bruce Devlin designed golf course. This community runs from Hwy 70 across Hwy 24 to the intercoastal waterway. Brandywine Bay has potential boating access with boat storage depending upon availability.
Brandywine Bay is nestled in a lush pine forest that has lots of beautiful trees. This community has great streets for walking and riding bikes. It has playgrounds, pools (one requires membership to the club), and more. Three streets wind around the fairways and greens and make for great views.
117 Cottage Row could have great views if you cleared out the growth or you could leave like the current owner for lots of privacy. Come live where you play at 117 Cottage Row, Brandywine Bay in Morehead City, NC. Boating, golfing, fishing, kayaking, and more are all fun things to do here at the coast.
The Crystal Coast is home to the Big Rock Blue Marlin Fishing Tournament, The Seafood Festival, The Beaufort Music Festival, The Down East Decoy Festival, and the Shipwreck of Blackbeard plus more. We have great museums, The Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, the state park Fort Macon (from pirates to Civil Wars to War World II). We even have a sunken U-Boat off our coast. We also have some of the best diving in the world. We are centrally located on the Graveyard of The Atlantic.
117 Cottage Row can be found on our website www.golfandshoreproperties.com under featured homes. Tell your friends, family, or anyone wanting to live in paradise. Brandywine Bay a community like no other (gated, golf course, and great amenities). Check it out!
Crystal Coast, North Carolina
8. The North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores - There are three Aquariums in North Carolina Manteo, Wilmington, and Pine Knoll Shores. They are all great but my favorite is right here on the Crystal Coast.

You can see all kinds of sea life from huge sharks to sea otters. You can attend seminars, expos, and eco tours from walking trails to kayak trips to camps.

Depending upon the season you better bring some bug spray. You can do the fossil dig and look for shark's teeth or you can go to the gift shop. Another favorite is the Dairy Queen / Orange Julius right by the exit. In keeping with full disclosure I must add I own the Dairy Queen so eat up!!! Bring the family, bring the friends or even bring a big school group. It is very fun!!!!!

Come have a blast and enjoy the Crystal Coast!!!!!

7. Morehead City Waterfront - is a great place to stroll down the street. You can find great food, great drinks, and all kinds of shops. There are lots of sports fishing boats docked there in the evenings or possibly during the day if the weather is not good. For some of the best sports fishing in the world you have come to the right place. Whether you are looking to catch blue fin or yellow fin tuna, sailfish, dolfin, or the monsterous blue marlin. There are plenty of charter boats if you would like to live that experience.
There are also dive boats where you can experience some of the best diving in the world. Dive the Graveyard of the Atlantic, there are awesome shipwrecks or reefs to explore. You will not believe how scenic it is.
If you are looking for a great vacation or a vacation home in paradise visit the Crystal Coast!!!
Some of my favorite restaurants are the Sanitary Restaurant, Ruddy Ducks, Raps, and Beach Bumz. Some of my favorite watering holes are The Arendell Room, Sammy's, and Jack's. I must disclose I have friends that own all these places, but I eat there and friends only goes so far.

Don't Miss It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6. The Beaufort Waterfront - One of my favorite things to do is walk the Beaufort Waterfront. The great thing about the Beaufort Waterfront is you can walk depending upon where you are staying, come by car, or come by boat. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, and night life establisments with live local entertainment or maybe even someone visiting.
There are several festivals found on the Beaufort Waterfront depending upon the season, The Beaufort Music Festival, Pirate Invason, Art Festival and more (check the local calendars).

Walking and looking at the boats is so much fun. Hanging out on the docks talking to the transient travelers.

Another must see if you are in the area, just come check out the Crystal Coast.
5. Cape Lookput National Seashore - This is one of my favorite boat trips of the summer and if you don't have a boat there are passenger ferry services to get you here. A tip do not forget to pack your sunscreen, because there is not a lot of shade.
If you love nature this is the best, you can hike across the island over to the Ocean or over by the lighthouse there is a boardwalk you can take over.

Make sure to plan ahead and also pack a cooler. There are no stores or anywhere to find food or drink. This is what is was like hundreds of years ago, the simple but beautiful life.

Cape Lookout is the place to go, I wrote earlier about the sailing charters and as you can see they can get you there also.

Paradise!!!!!!!!!
