The current inventory level for South Riding was decreased by 11 to 27 active listings , this is a 29% decrease. With 3 new listings , and 5 homes which went under contract contributing to the increase in inventory, there must have been some properties drop off to the market this past week. The 5 homes receiving a contracts last week did so with an average 83 days on the market while the 4 homes sold and went to record last week did so with an Average DOMP of 46 days netting an average of 99.9%.
