Pheasant Run Rocks

For all of you internet savvy residents of this great Millard neighborhood, spread the word about what makes this neighborhood great.

Located at the South East quadrant of 156th & Q St. in Southwest Omaha we have a great community set up. We have an Elementary, Middle & High School all located within walking distance. We have grocery stores, a drug store, restaurants, bus stops, UPS store,Credit Union, churches, parks, an Active Adult Community and Assisted Living Community, all within a few blocks. We have a newer, but active Neighborhood Association that plans and administers family activities and community activities and we have community relationships scattered throughout the subdivision. We have a beautiful tree lined boulevard that runs East & West through the community. All of these great things are a part of, or in throwing distance to, Pheasant Run.

Bev & I have been involved in this neighborhood for over 18 years. We have provided neighborhood news & recipes in our newsletters, sponsored annual garage sales, walked our dogs, and grandchildren around the streets, helped in founding the Pheasant Run Neighborhood Association, walked the neighborhood delivering newsletters, decorated the Boulevard with flags for the 4th of July and enjoyed conversations and drinks with our immediate neighbors. You can find out more about what’s going on in Pheasant Run on the website, WWW.PheasantRunOmaha.com.

Through this group blog we hope to increase the number of conversations both from within the neighborhood and from those looking for great neighborhood to live in and participate with. You can find out more about us at our website, WWW.MarkandBev.com, WWW.MetroOmahaRealEstate.com, or from any of the major networking sites, like WWW.LinkedIn.com , WWW.Facebook.com, or even YouTube. We use all of these sites for social networking and for exposure of our client’s homes and to discuss subjects of importance when buying or selling homes. You are invited to join in on any of these sites. We are also expanding the exposure and capabilities of WWW.MillardNE.com. You can add similar information about your Millard Neighborhood. We will be happy to add your neighborhood to that site. We will begin posting neighborhood statistics right on this blog and you can post comments here or on other blogs that are related to the Millard area or that are real estate related.
