Am I paranoid? I try to stay legal and find a site that states the pictures are free? Can I utilize them on the blogs or will I still be in line for a hefty fine or imprisonment by the copyright police? PLEASE ADVISE AND TELL ME YOUR PRECAUTIONS!

Good news this morning when I went into see how the legislation for 20% down-payments was faring there was an update from our local real estate board that 40 Senators and 140 Representatives had written letters of concern to the governmental regulatory agencies over this potential crippling policy. I for one do not think small down-payments was the reason for the collapse of our economy.
The American Dream is still available through the Low FHA & USDA Rural Housing low down-payment programs!
Chatting with my Wife this Memorial day weekend she described conversations with her grandmother who had fled Cuba during the Castro revolution. She described the letters she would receive from her husband and 2 sons left behind sharing the lack of freedom and the governmental control of thier life. This Memory helps me to be Proud I Live in America and I am proud of those that are willing to serve our country and those that died that we could be free! Thank You US MILITARY for the supreme sacrifice on this special Holiday !

This GREEN Idea Saves our landfill from plastic containers, Saves our Septic from hazardous commercial detergents, and saves The Bucks. I am sharing my "Green"co-workers idea, ( Lisa Fronczek) we work together at Hopesprings Group Home in Walnutport and she gleaned from trial and error with several internet recipes a "Green" Laundry Detergent that works awesome and saves our group home mega money.It costs about a 6 cents a load compared to TIDE on sale at 21 cents, Along with this green idea Lisa is constantly encouraging her co-workers to do the green thing... one that make me chuckle is the "green" coffee that we drink to save the rain forests. Anyway she has made an impact on us all at hopesprings!
