We are all learning about all the new gadgets, internet marketing, virtual tours tips, and the list goes on and on... But you know what one thing will always make a difference,,, is good old honesty and remembering we have to work TOGETHER to make the deal work.. If buyers and sellers will remember this, along with the agents too, we can make more "deals",, transactions work.. Let's not be greedy, rude, and too persistant on having our way,, and work to make it happen.. It's the end result...we are all working for..
It seems that the market is picking up here. I have seen our Spring Pick up in not only Buyers , but Sellers as well. I certainly feel the tax credit is a help to first timers !! Starter homes seem to be the winners here for sure.. some of all, but more starters, and of course the reos, are moving..
Short Sales, Short Sales, Enless Patience !!!! Wondering if the rest of the US is having the frustrating time we are in getting an answer out of the lenders !!!!??????? It really seems as tho, someone doesn't care... I realize they may be understaffed, but taking months to give us an answer is loosing money for everyone!! Especially the Mortgage Companies !!! Any one else experiencing this ?????

Many agentS have experienced the slower markets in the last year or so. It can be depressing, however, it will pass. We need to keep on trucking,, planting seeds, it will turn around and we'll reap our harvest later.. I have been licensed for 28 years, Once agents learn not to take the business personally, and stay busy when the market turns down, we'll survive.. Marlene S. Giles
