The Pearce Western Art Collectionis home to original representational works of art by acknowledged masters of Western Art as well as recent original works by members of the National Academy of Western Art, the Cowboy Artists of America, and the National Sculpture society. among others.
The exhibit is open for public enjoyment. It is located on the Navarro College Campus at 3100 W Collin Avenue in Corsicana, TX. The artwork and sculptures are amazing! If you are a local resident or visiting the Corsicana area, you should stop by for a really fascinating treat!

The Pearce Civil War Museumand Archives features first-hand accounts of the American Civil War. Organized around the time-line, the museum exhibits letters, diaries, journals, images, and artifacts from the era. The Pearce Collection consists of more than 14,000 original Cival War letters, documents and artifacts. This wonderful collection is located on the Navarro College Campus at 3100 W. Collin Avenue in Corsicana, TX.
Items document the northern and southern experience of the Civil War
as well as its leaders, soldiers and residents. There are many letters
and diaries from military, political and civic leaders and soldiers.
The museum is open to the public and has hosted numerous field trips
for school children. This is a great place to visit!
Collin Street Bakery is the home of the World Famous Deluxe Fruitcake and is located in Corsicana, TX at 401 West 7th Avenue. Locally, they are famous for a lot more! They have fresh baked breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, gifts and beautifully decorated made to order cakes for all occasions. Collin Street Bakery was founded in 1896 and have been in operation as a family-owned business since. The original location (still in operation) is located in historic, downtown Corsicana.

Collin Street Bakery has now expanded with a second location on Interstate 45 at State Highway 287. Here you can sample many of the same goodies or stop in for lunch where they serve sandwiches, soups and garden salads.

JESTER PARK
Corsicana, TX
Beauford Jester Park is located at 600 West Park Avenue. This 24 acre park was designated by the Corsicana City Commission and was dedicated in 1964 to the memory of Beauford H. Jester. Jester was Governor of Texas from 1947-1949 and died while in office.
Area residents can cool in the pool which is open during the summer months and can also be rented for private parties. The picnic pavilion-historical marker has housed many family reunions and parties throughout the years. There is a basketball court, playground, Lefty Frizzell Memorial and Pioneer Village Historical Museum.
FULLERTON-GARITTY PARK
Corsicana, TX
Located at 3201 McKnight Lane, this 25.5 acre park was designated by the Corsicana City Commission and dedicated in 1989. You can enjoy the warm summer nights listening to music in the park during scheduled events held at the outdoor amphitheater or participate in other activities offered here throughout the year. There is a large picnic pavilion with electricity, tables and seating-great for birthday parties or family reunions, tennis and basketball courts, jogging trail and various playground areas. In October of 2008, the Noon Lions Club donated baskets and signage for a nine-hole disc golf course.
