Please remember... when visiting an Open House the agent there is solely representing the Seller which is what I do when I hold an open house.
If you are already represented by an agent that should not be a problem as many open house agents honor that relationship. Just let them know when you arrive. HOWEVER if you do not have an agent and would like Buyer Representation when purchasing a home you just may want talk to an agent (like me) who can help you. Annapolis is surrounded by communities offering lifestyles outside of the waterfront. Davidsonville is one such community. Located southwest of Annapolis, Davidsonville offers wide open spaces, homes on acreage and farms. Conveniently located for ease of commute whether heading to Annapolis, Washington DC or Baltimore.
Davidsonville saw 3 closed sales in October, one less than September. Out of the current 10 under contract, 1 is new construction, 2 are short sales, 1 is waiting for their buyer to sell their home and the balance will settle in November and December.
