Just wanted to take a moment and reflect on 2011. It was a very exciting year for me! Our company, Home Experts Realty was born on tax day of 2011. We have since grown to almost 50 agents in such a short amount of time. We've already opened 4 offices with more planned to open in the near future. Our growth has been nothing short of amazing, especially in the market we're all in.

A huge part of our success is the lead generation referrals. The referral program is bringing buyers and sellers to our company by the hundreds monthly. Our top notch computer software will have the referral into the hands of one of our agents within 2-3 minutes of initial contact. The client's love our immediate assistance!

Another huge part of our success are the very generous commission plans our agents are on. We are paying some of the highest splits in the industry! Even a brand new agent starts with a 70/30 split. This was unheard of, until now!

• 2% transaction fee applies, this covers E&O, personal training & support, professional showing appointment center, technology.

Referral Program Participation.

If you desire to work with more clients and really grow your business, you can participate in the referral program. Our referral agents receive as many or as few referrals as they like, and partly determined by choice of territories. You recieve personal training and coaching on how to turn these referrals into successful clients and closings. We provide at no cost a referral management system that is powerful, simple, and when a client inquires about a home or requests assistance, you are notified within a scant few minutes. Referrals have a 30% referral fee.

Very important. There are no start up or monthly costs for referrals! Business you land off referrals is yours at 100%. If you get a listing and bring the buyer, the 30% referral fee is only taken on the list side. If it's an investor, only the first transaction is subject. All following transactions are yours at 100%. Referral fees only occur at closing, not before.
