Oumi - located at 633 N. Main Street in Historic Downtown Hendersonville offers superior presentaion and quality of Japanese and Sushi cuisine. From it's entrance to the restrooms it is evident the owners have gone to great lengths to impress.
My personal favorite is the Green River Roll which can't be adequately described, it must be experienced. Another favorite is the Shrimp Tempura and on rare occasions plumb wine or Sake.

I walked into a record store 15 years ago and met my wonderful husband Ken. March 3rd will mark our 14th wedding anniversary. It was our passion for music that sparked conversations which led to our first date and, to this day he still moves me.
Ken is a gentleman, Renaissance man, father, friend and my soul mate. His flaws are so few to his goodness, kindness and love. I appreciate and respect the man God blessed me to be with and I'm happy to say that we have more laugh lines on our face than anger or worry.
Tonight I pulled out old photos to have some laughs and I wanted to share with you a part of our history - Our wedding photo. We were babies!

In honor of our anniversary we are going to eat at Hot Dog World just as we did our very first anniversary this time as a family. It's been an amazing journey filled with joyful and heart breaking events that have drawn us closer.

Christmas 2008
Our passion for music bonded us into a family built on faith, love and commitment. I thank God for my life and my family.
Imagine getting a great meal for under $5.00. That's what you'll find at Hot Dog World.
Located at 226 Kanuga Road in Hendersonville North Carolina, this well oiled machine serves the finest hot dogs, milk shakes and so much more. My personal favorite is their chicken salad sandwich. My husband loves their Greek salad. My daughter loves their ice cream and kid's basket.
Hot Dog World offers indoor seating, outdoor seating and call ahead to-go service if your in a hurry. It's where the locals love to eat.

I thought you might be interested in one of Henderson Counties best kept secret...Moonshine Mountain Snow Tubing Park is a family owned and operated snow tubing and Indian mining adventure park located right here in Hendersonville North Carolina!
The coolest part is this is a family friendly park with a half lane open for little ones. It's the only tubing park that allows you to train down the trail with other tubers. It is so much fun!
