Located at the entrance of Laurel Park is a wonderful place for family and friends to gather. Little Laurel Green Playground offers natural walking trails, shaded park benches, a creek and pond with ducks. It also offer a gazebo for hosting parties and a kid friendly playground where children and adults play and socialize.
Laurel Green was inspired by the Laurel Park Mothers' committee in September of 2003. Designer Tom Griswold and children's playhouse architect Ken Gaylord hit the ball out of the park on their design. The park is open from sunrise to sunset. Animals are welcome, provided they are on a leash and owners remove pet waste.
As a first time mother I had major apprehensions as to where my daughter would go to preschool. I knew preschool would give my Isobella an opportunity of play and learn with other children. But who could I trust?
A good friend overheard my discussion one day and recommended Creative Beginnings Preschool. Located in the First Presbyterian Church of Hendersonville North Carolina. This Christ centered school offers a caring, loving and fun environment. The teachers and staff are fantastic.
