About Me:

I live and work in the historical city of Anacortes because my husband and I wanted to enjoy a slower pace of life and a more relaxed lifestyle after raising our kids in the Seattle area. What a great place to live! Anacortes is located on Fidalgo Island which is joined to the mainland by a bridge and offers the tranquility of island living without the ferry commute. We enjoy lovely water and mountain views, a sense of community and its close proximity to the San Juan Islands. There's plentiful opportunities for boating, crabbing, fishing, hiking and whale watching. For nightlife Seattle and Vancouver, B.C. are just 90 minutes away. An added benefit: The area receives about a third as much rain as Seattle.

My husband was a contractor building high-end custom homes and it made perfect sense to become a licensed realtor so I could market them. In 1995 I did and have never regretted it. I love it!

We also love boating and are transitioning from power to sail. More my husband's desire than mine but should be fun once I learn how to sail. We're a skiing family although the kids switched to snowboarding a long time ago. I enjoy traveling to other countries, road trips, crocheting (soon to learn how to knit) and am a voracious reader.

Having built, bought and sold high end custom homes I am an expert in that market and can relate to sellers and buyers. I believe in exceptional customer service so I give exceptional customer service. I listen and understand my clients' wants and needs and they rely on me and my expertise to make their real estate experience a good one. I consistently strive for excellence.

I get the most satisfaction from helping my clients achieve their goals and building and keeping relationships for a lifetime. I'm positive, honest and my clients know they can trust me. I also feel other agents should be treated the same way I treat my clients. I build strong relationships with both clients and agents.

I've earned the GRI and CNS designation and am a member in good standing of the National Association of realtors, www.realtor.org, Washington Association of Realtors, www.warealtor.org, and North Puget Sound Association of Realtors, www.npsar.com. North Puget Sound Association of Realtors Grievance Committee member.
