Note that pending homes for sale are almost double! The sales are noticeable increased as well.

As usual Loup Loup Ski Bowl is looking promising in the late ski season. We received 12 inches of snow over the past week and variable conditions. One will not be bored if they ski all this snow from light powder, packed powder to spring like conditions all within a week.

This holiday Weekend Presidents Day February 2012 is shaping up to be a great one. The snow is starting to fall from the sky for a much needed freshener for the ski trails and mountain resort.
The music is kowabunga great dance your socks off so don't over do it on the ski trails. You will not want to miss both Spoonshine and Marmalade. What super hot bands to come to our Twisp and Wiinthrop Brew Pubs.

Marmalade previously Black Cherry Crush was the talk of the town last visit to the Twisp River Pub and we are so excited to get them back because I happened to miss out. But oh no not this time, no falling asleep on the couch. I am getting those dancing shoes on and having a meeting with St. Cafeine then off to dance it up.

Spoonshine conveniently preforms a little earlier at the Old School House Brewery in Winthrop Washington on Saturday night February 18, 2012 and returns a second night Sunday February 19, 2012. Music will start at 7:00 pm both nights in Winthrop.
Tommy Simmons will also be at the Old School House Brewery on Friday night February 17, 2012 starting at 7:00 pm again in Winthrop Washington
