My Philosophy: Communication is the key! I believe in treating my clients fairly and with respect, giving everyone the same care and concern, regardless of their budget. I have put systems in place to follow-up with the many details through closing. My relationship with you continues even after the sale closes. I can not begin to tell you how incredible Mary Richards has been to work with! She went so far above and beyond to make our home buying experience a pleasant, smooth and fulfilling process. We found our home literally within hours and she helped us make a successful offer that same day. She was always just a phone call away-very accessible-and she really listened and met our needs promptly. She located and delivered boxes for our move, brought donuts and treats for the kids during our move and even sent over her own yard boy to mow our new lawn after closing because the previous owner left it undone.

Moving from one side of the state to the other was extremely stressful. We had to sell a house in St. Louis and buy a house in the KC area. We can't imagine doing that without Mary Richards. She kept in constant contact with us. We only had to make two trips here to find a house. The first time she had 12 houses lined up to show us, all within our price range. The second time she sowed us 3 houses. She didn't waste our time showing us houses we couldn't afford. She took us to houses that fit our needs. She worked with the agent that was selling our house in St. Louis to make sure that the closings would be flawless. They were. Mary didn't just leave us at the dor of our new house. She stayed in contact with us to make sure we were settled in and familiar with our new home and community. I would also like to mention that she took time to find things in the area for my sons.
