I moved to Arizona over 8 years ago with my husband and two children. Upon entering the Grand Canyon state I immediately fell in love. Driving through the snow capped mountains of Flagstaff and the colorful red rock topography of Sedona. I was stunned at all of the variety and beauty offered by one state. We decided to live in northern Phoenix in a community called Anthem. We liked how the community was out of the city area and everything we needed within close proximity.
I was especially attracted to Anthem because of all the amenities it offered. Schools that were ranked highest in the school district, amazing parks with lush green grass, catch and release ponds, gorgeous ball fields, hockey rink and incredible park play zones. Not to mention the state of the art Community center, amazing water park, shopping and medical centers close by. It was dreamy and perfect in every sense. Fast forward 8 years later and I still love Anthem and couldn’t imagine a better place to live.
With all of that said, I recognize how hard and confusing it can be selecting a community to reside in when relocating. I was a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey prior to the move. Going through the relocation process myself , gave me a new found love and developed expertise in my profession with helping others relocate. I know the questions to ask to get you where you want be. I take the time to listen to what is important to you, where you are in life right now and where you want to be down the road. In addition, I keep on top of the surrounding communities and everything they offer.
