Found Mold in the kitchen 3 days after COE

I am in California My buyer has found active mold in the kitchen 3 Days after Close of excrow.This is a home under regular sale. Not a short sale nor a REO. Buyer received a clean Mold inspection report before COE. what are the buyers options?

I started my career as a Medical Representative for Beiersdorf AG Germany (NIVEA) i was based at Hyderabad. Then i was promoted as a District Manager and posted at the corporate office in Bombay overseeing the sales & marketing in the city of Bombay.After that i was promoted as a Regional Manager and posted at Madras handling operations in all the 5 southern states. Soon after that i was promoted and posted at Delhi overseing operations in the North, Delhi (All Northern states) & East,Calcutta (All Eastern states) & Nepal. After that i relocated to Dubai and continued with sales & Marketing for Beiersdorf Medical, B.Braun. Over and above my responsiblity of sales & Marketing in 6 of the 7 Emirates i was handling Exports to Iran,Iraq & Libya.

I finally settled down with my family in the USA in 2002. Once in the US i switched my career and became a Realtor.My vast experience & Negotiation skills with people from diffferent cultures & nationalities has helped me work favorably for my clients be it a seller or a buyer. Being associated with the Medical & Post operative Surgical products field has got me accostumed to be knowledgeable in the subject matter i am involved in.
