I have listed and sold several homes in the neighborhood since then and highly recommend the community. It is a great value in Huntersville having a rural feel yet within 10 minutes of Birkdale Village, Northlake mall, 5 minutes from a boat launch, Latta Plantation, and rural hill. Plus, by taking Beatties Ford rd south you can be in Charlotte within 20 minutes. You can get town homes in the 130's and homes in the 160's and go up to upper 200's which is about $20K less then similar homes to be even closer to shopping. Tanners Creek offers a wide variety of style of homes but porches, detached garages and alley's are a common theme in the community.
