So for the last hour I have been playing on my website. I've had it for quite sometime now, but haven't really done anything with it other than add my photo and contact info. I have found out that I can't upload pictures for a listing while using Firefox browser, I must use IE. Ok, no big deal, I just close FF and open up IE. But I like FF better and everything else is open in it. So now I have 2 browsers open. Hmph!
My site (www.yourmilitaryspecialist.com) is definately a work in progress and I have plenty of ideas of what to do, I just lack the time and know-how to do it. It's a P2A site so it's very easy to manipulate, but still...I should probably just hire someone to do it for me (like my 16 year old).
Have a great day.
So I have a Twitter profile that I have posted on a total of 3 times...kind of like this blog. But I'm trying...really. One of my goals is to blog and twitter at least weekly. I facebook all the time and have gotten back in contact with many old friends and I read others blogs here on AR daily but Twitter is still a mystery to me. I can't figure out how to get an icon on my blackberry and really, do I need both? I have Twitter set up for my business and facebook for my friends. My other "must do" is my website, but thats another story.
I generally consider myself pretty computer literate although by no means am I anywhere near an expert. People in my office come to me with computer issues and I am even writing a curriculum to teach a class on using Transaction Desk. However, for some reason Twitter just won't sink in. Maybe I just don't know the lingo...maybe I just don't care. Not really sure.
Anyway, here is my post for this week and I did actually post a tweet (is that correct?).
