Interest rates are the lowest in nearly 40 years, there is more to choose from than ever before, prices are becoming more realistic for home buyers and investors and the Lansing area has tons to offer.

Hi! My name is Mike Bowler. I have been in the real estate business for 31 years and love real estate. Sharon (my wife and friend of 43 years) and I started Coldwell Banker Bowler Real Estate back in the early 80's, grew it to a four office company through mergers and acquisitions. In 2001 I became a member of the team at Coldwell Banker Hubbell Real Estate who bought my company.
