Hot off the Press!

Paul Thury of Prudential Connecticut Realty's Norwalk and Rowayton Office was selected as REALTOR of the Year for 2008 by a committee of his peers. The committee could not have made a better choice as Paul is not only superb in representing his clients but he also spends countless hours volunteering in the community and for various REALTOR organizations.

The Norwalk and Rowayton Offices are planning an indoor tag sale with 100% of the proceeds going to Sunshine Kids. http://www.sunshinekids.org

Our tag sale will be held in the 4,000 sq. ft. vacant office space of our building, 69 East Avenue, on Saturday, October 18th from 10AM to 4PM.

The event coincides with the Norwalk Police Department's Pumpkin Festival which will have pumpkin decorating, kids activity area, classic cars and more.

All are welcome to come and shop but right now we are soliciting donations to sell!

Please take a look in your attics, basements and storage units for anything you want to get rid of and think somebody would pay a few dollars for. Always welcome, sporting goods, exercise equipment, ready to wear clothing, clean dishes & glasses, books, electronics, tools, etc! We have a ton of space!!!!

It is with great pleasure that I welcome three dynamic new agents to the Norwalk & Rowayton Offices of Prudential Connecticut Realty.

David Salvestrini is new to the business and really anxious to get going. David's warm personality and eagerness to jump right in will line him up for instant success. David knows how to handle all types of people as he currently tends bar in one of Stamford's best and busiest restaurants.

Noelle Romsey, also new to the business, is a new mom and looking forward to life as an independent contractor. Isn't it true that this is the best profession in the world? What flexibility we are lucky to have in this industrty! Noelle's background is in accounting so she will be sure that all of her clients' deals are in tight order.

Emiley Aguilar also joins the team as a new agent. Emiley is fluent in Spanish and brings wh her a solid background in project management. What an asset she will be when working for her clients!

All three of these fine agents will be starting our in house training program on August 27^th. They will be taking the information that was given in the 60 hour Principles and Practices course and learning how to apply it to real world scenarios. In just a short time, these agents will be among the best in the marketplace.
