Fantabulous Golf Deal!

McKenzie
I wanted to let you know about a new promotion VIP Golf is conducting on behalf of Jacksonville Country Club. I'm hopeful this information will prove helpful if you play golf or have clients and staff who do.
As an invitation to Jacksonville Country Club, Onslow County's only private country club, we are offering a modest membership preview in the form of a VIP Golf Pass Package. Priced at less than the cost of one round of golf, this membership preview allows you and your guests to play a total of twelve rounds of golf on JCC's championship golf course. Each round of golf requires payment of a discounted VIP guest fee ($20) and includes access to the country club, an 18 hole green fee, a cart rental, and a bucket of practice range balls. Valid for weekend and weekday play, JCC VIP Golf Passes may be redeemed individually or with guests until the end of the year.
At your convenience, the promotion may be reviewed in detail at: VIPGOLF.VSTORE.

Sincerely,

Philip Wood

afterdollhouse.jpg

It's finally spring and it is almost impossible to sit still in my office today. . .too pretty to work and it seems everyone else had the day off of work! Take in the sights this weekend, the dogwood trees have begun to bloom and the daffodils are still in full swing! I am lucky enough to watch some wee ones egg hunt tomorrow. . .and enjoy a fun breakfast with friends, I hope you have fabulous plans too this weekend. Thanks again for stopping by, I love the visits and the chance to meet you. . .if you have questions about the real estate market in Jacksonville, or, are hunting for a great agent, I hope your search will end here! Have a great Easter weekend! Enjoy a Cadbury egg or two for me!

Beirut Memorial Trees

Beirut Memorial Trees

Spring has certainly arrived in Jacksonville, NC. . .and the best proof might be the bloom covered Bradford Pear trees, especially down near Camp Lejeune. The trees were planted in memory of those killed in the Beirut bombings in 1983.

Learn more about the event, those we lost and the amazing memorial here in Jacksonville at http://www.beirut-memorial.org/ . . .photos, time lines, names and more.

April Showers Bring OPEN HOUSES!

c21_banner_300x250.gif

Our October Open House festival was such a hit (not to mention the free gas raffle which would be very nice to have again, hint hint corporate!) that we are going to do it again! This April is Century 21 Open House month. Please check back for a schedule, I try to accommodate my clients, sellers seem to really dig an open house and so do your neighbors. . .and generally host them on Sunday since this time of year folks with kiddos often have soccer games and what not on Saturday. . .for now, I have 627 Riva Ridge Road in Escoba Bay. PLEASE remember the 210 bridge is out just past Dixon so you'll have to use the detour. Sunday the 16th from 1-4pm and I am working on convincing all the other agents with listings in the development to open their doors as well. Visit http://www.escobabay.org/. It's a nifty neighborhood filled with friendly folks. . .and horses. . .and a boat ramp. . .and a pool. . .and tennis courts. . .and a lovely neighborhood building, and more. . .see you then?

Price reductions that will make you smile!

Hi hi! First, a huge thank you to the folks that stopped by my open house on Northwoods Drive on Sunday. It was a beautiful day, the coffee was great, if not late. . .I guess even the crew at Dunkin Donuts can have a slow morning too and I had a chance to meet some great folks including a few of my old neighbors.

I wanted to remind you of my Open House on this Sunday the 9th at Magnolia Grove, take Highway 17 South past the Air Station and Harley Davidson dealership and turn right just after Pete McMillian Furniture (huge tan warehouse on the right) onto Dawson Cabin Road, a few miles down the road turn Right on Ernest King Road, Magnolia Grove is about a quarter of a mile down the road on the LEFT. . .the homes still available are on Cherrybark, those on Ernest King are sold and full of happy folks.

Phase one is still under construction but several of the homes are very close to completion. I hope you can stop by on Sunday and take a look for yourself. . .wander through some pretty homes and if they aren't a great match for you, I can help you find one that is. New house smell is awesome!
