La présente est pour exprimer notre gratitude envers Martin Clément, qui fut notre agent d'immoblilier durant la période d'octobre 2007 à mars 2008.

Durant cette période, Martin s'est démontré un agent compétant, enthousiaste, sympatique et plein d'entrain. Sa patience ainsi que ses connaissances en matière de construction et du code de règlements furent un atout indispensable durant notre recherche. Même quand celles-ci nous amenaient dans des coins aussi loins que Barrhaven, Kanata et Dunrobin, Martin n'hésitait jamais à faire du temps pour nous, et ce malgré avoir à conduire bien loin pour venir nous retrouver.

Il était aussi toujours respectueux, et jamais nous nous sommes sentis poussés, ou mis sous pression. Comme il nous le rappelait souvent: "c'est juste une maison, et il va y en avoir d'autres." Cette attitude était un atout pour nous, qui étions sur le marché pour la première fois.

Nous sommes maintenant heureux d'avoir trouvé la maison parfaite pour nos besoins, et j'ai peu de doutes que c'est surtout grâce à son aide.

We purchased our first home through Martin and we couldn't be any happier! He took us to see so many houses we've lost track of the exact number. We still had fairly high expectations but were looking at what's considered to be a very small mortgage and so it took tons of time, patience driving and searching. When we decided that we would make the move from the city to the country, we began looking at homes situated in various areas on the outskirts of Ottawa; Kemptville, Rockland, Limoges, Casselman. We had an idea of what we wanted but it necessitated Martin's professional and knowledgeable approach to enable us to really target towards our needs and what we were looking for.

After talking to various sales representatives prior to meeting Martin, we noticed that he had a subtle way of having us talk out our needs to him without giving us a pressure filled sales pitch. We asked him to come and see our current home in Orleans that we would be selling in order to allow us to purchase our new dream home.

Martin came to us ready and prepared. He looked at our home and provided us with a fact based market analysis of its worth in a competitive housing market in the area. Within one day of the house being listed, the phone began ringing off the hook to schedule showings. Three days later, the house was sold at full asking price. Impressive to say the least.

Martin then was able to assist us with the purchase of our new home in North Dundas. His dealings with the listing agent enabled us to purchase our home with ease and comfort. Simply put, with Martin's diligent work ethic, we were able to buy and sell our home within a two-week period. We are not convinced that we could have received much better service elsewhere.

Quand nous avons décidé que nous ferions un déménagement de la ville à la campagne, nous avons commencé à regarder des maisons situées dans les divers secteurs sur les périphéries d'Ottawa ; Kemptville, Rockland, Limoges, Casselman. Nous avons eu une idée de ce que nous avons voulu mais il a nécessité l'approche professionnelle et bien informée de Martin pour nous rendre capable de vraiment ce cibler envers nos besoins et ce que nous cherchions.

Après avoir parlé aux divers représentants de ventes avant de rencontrer Martin, nous avons remarqué qu'il avait une façon subtile de nous lui faire parler de nos besoins sans nous faire sentir remplis de pression. Nous l'avons demandé de venir et voir notre maison actuelle à Orléans que nous vendrions pour nous permettre d'acheter notre nouvelle maison rêve.

Martin nous est venu préparé et prêt. Il a regardé notre maison et nous a fournis avec un une analyse du marché basée sur sa valeur dans un marché de logement compétitif dans le secteur. Seulement une journée après que la maison fut mise au marché, le téléphone a commencé à sonner sans arrêt pour céduler des visites. Trois jours plus tard, la maison a été vendue au plein prix que nous demandions. Impressionnant pour en dire d'avantage.

Martin a continuer son travail en nous aidant avec l'achat de notre nouvelle maison dans le secteur North Dundas. Son travail avec l'agent de vente nous a rendus capable d'acheter notre maison avec aise et confort. A dire simplement, avec l'éthique de travail diligente de Martin, nous avons été capable d'acheter et vendre notre maison dans une période de deux semaines. Nous ne sommes pas convaincu que nous aurions eu un meilleur service ailleurs.
