I am excited to welcome Matthew Durbin as our Interim Team Leader in the Charlottesville Market Center, along with his wife, Pam Delancey. With expertise in lead generation, REO's and short sales, Matthew and Pam will bring a new dimension to the office to help you grow your business- and help Keller Williams grow market share.
A bit about their background- Matthew and Pam have four kids and one daughter-in-law in their blended family. They are still celebrating their first grandchild... only 7 months old. They are members of Old Dominion Baptist church in Bristow, VA. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. Pam DeLancey came into real estate from Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), where she was a Service Coordinator/Analyst. She left A.C. to become the Processing Manager for Weichert, Realtors (which is similar to being a MCA or agent services coordinator). She and Matthew started DeLancey Durbin, Premier Real Estate Consultants when they moved to Keller Williams in August of 2001 and built their team to almost $20 million in sales in 2006. Pam wrote and taught multiple classes for agents on assistant duties as well as supplying systems and tools to run a team and grow increase productivity many Camp 4-4-3 classes. Pam served on the ALC in 2008 and was co-Chairperson of both the Career Development Committee where she helped drive agent productivity and KW Cares Committee where she led many functions to raise money and supply clothes and food for the local women's transitional housing. Pam brings with her phenomenal culture and passion for people, incredible organization skills, a wealth of real estate knowledge and practical experience in all facets of real estate. In her 'spare time' she loves cooking!
Matthew Durbin became a Realtor in January 2000 producing over $1,000,000 in sales his first month full time in real estate. He has been in sales and sales management for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge about how to generate business. When Matthew and Pam moved to Keller Williams in August 2001, Matthew immediately began serving on the Manassas ALC, taking on the role of Finance Committee Chairperson. He served on the ALC from 2001 to the end of 2006 when he took on the role of Interim Team Leader in Manassas. He was officially named Team Leader with a unanimous ALC vote in May of 2007. As TL, focusing on recruiting and helping agents become productive, Matthew led the office to become the number 1 producing real estate office in Prince William County in both volume and units, number 1 Keller Williams office in the Virginia Region and ranked 12th in the nation among KW offices in profit and profit share. At the same time, Matthew has served on the finance committee for his church and Victory Lakes home owner�s association and co-chair of the Prince William Association of Realtors Education Committee. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Victory Lakes HOA and is currently serving on the PWAR Board of Directors for 2009.
Matthew and Pam are excited to help the Charlottesville office build a solid foundation for growth. They will be helping us implement the systems, models and tools to take our office to the next level. Gayle Taylor will continue to serve as your broker and assist you with all of your contract issues in our new Market Center home. Together with a great back office staff, they will help Keller Williams Realty become the real estate company of choice in Charlottesville!

Hi All! I hope that you have enjoyed your summer and are getting back into a 'normal' routine again. It is always hard to focus... or refocus!.... your business as life changes around you- demanding different schedules and time constraints. In light of that, I am kicking off the fall season of our Agent roundtables in Northern Virginia. As you probably know, a mastermind group is simply an alliance of two or more individuals dedicating themselves to a specific goal. Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, first defined the mastermind as a "coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."
