to Greg, they are blessed to have 4 children ages 12 to 22. In her spare time you can find Michele devoting herself to her family, volunteering with Meals On Wheels and campaigning tirelessly to help her efforts in getting relief to her Haitian orphanage called Heart of God in Haiti. Michele is also a Member of Victory Baptist church and serves as the Director of her Business group. How does it work?
My team works a little different than most in the country as I have all the people involved in the real estate transaction working together and I have gotten my heroes the best deal around on out of pocket and closing expenses.

1. Your Heroes Home Advantage Realtor gives 25% of their own commission as a credit to you at closing
2. The Lender Affiliate offers application fee and processing fee as a credit at closing
3. I have several Attorneys that have agreed to the lowest closing fees in town
4. Title company offers a discount
5. When you have your Engineers Inspection, he reduces his fee....and more..the savings then continue with the deals I make for you with local retailers,service providers and restaurants
