I am a Colorado native, and grew up in Denver.
I've lived in Glacier View Meadows, a mountain subdivision in the Red Feather Lakes area since 1996. In the early 70's I moved from Denver to Gunnison, Co. ( yes it is cold there!) with my husband and daughter, where I discovered my love for small towns and living in the mountains.
I worked in the Title Insurance business for over 30 years in Fort Collins,
assisting buyers, sellers, real estate brokers, attorneys and lenders get to the closing table. As the Office Manager, I created many positive relationships with those customers and my co-workers.
I hope my calm, caring attitude and good sense of humor will bring balance to any transaction.
My goal as your real estate agent is to earn your confidence and trust and make your real estate transaction a pleasure.
I love meeting new people and helping them explore our Red Feather Lakes area. I love watching their kids run through the woods, and climb on the rocks. Geri and I were totally pleased with everything that you did for us, and that you were very nice and pleasant to work with. The property you sold us was exactly as you described to me over the phone and we were totally pleased that we were able to close on the property by faxing the documents. My wife and I work long hours and with the economy in the state that it's in we didn't want to miss any work.
