Melissa Bradley was also awarded the 2008 Women's Initiative Pace Setter Award, the 2007 North Bay Business Journal's 40 Executives under 40 Years Old Award, and currently sits on the Advisory Board for Marin Women's Hall of Fame.

Melissa Bradley lives in Marin with her husband Robert Bradley, President of Bradley Real Estate and her 3 children.

She is an active member of the community and donates her resources to the many local charities and funds to support local needs.
