Dont be shy...sometimes the understated signature is the best. I used Microsoft "Paint" to do this one and "Image Chef" custom FREE banners for the bottom one. It's amazing what's out there.Just watch out for viruses...I did pick a nasty one up from someplace last week searching for free blogging bling. Please let us also know how you use your signatures. I use mine in my e-mails on flyer's and I'm seriousely considering temporary tatoos. You think I'm kidding....don't you. :)

There for awhile traditional financing wasn't very popular...it wasn't cool or hip. In light of the "Sub-prime Mortgage Meltdown", I'm glad I learned from the best how to analyze income and how to structure a deal that will not fall apart AND that is a wise investment for the borrower. I'm glad that I did my home work and researched programs until all hours of the night. I'm glad that we are weeding out the bad apples and are getting back to basics. There is nothing wrong with asking buyers to prove their income....those deals don't end up in foreclosure! Those deals don't destroy neighborhoods and families.
With so much negativity in the news today about the housing market you may be asking yourself, "What's left?" Plenty...the solid loan programs are in place and the reputable lenders are still here. It's a new day and the grass is green and the skies are blue. Let's close some loans!
