Starting in 2010, Baruch College will be offering the 140 hour Home Inspection Licensing Program. (Only an afternoon program announced- so read below)
I, Bill Merrell have been hired to run the classes and oversee the program and as such I am proud of my affiliatin with Baruch College, and hope you will consider a career in Home Inspection. I must give credit to Joseph Farsetta, Len Unger and Justo Rivera who taught at Baruch College in addition to myself, using their approved program. I coordinated classes and instructional staff to make sure all dates were attended by NYS Certified and Highly Qualified Instructors.

I was informed that the program will be offered as an afternoon program, and as such, I have withdrawn teaching since it conflicts with my schedule.
I am my qualified staff will be teaching in Suffolk County NYS, (at the Merrell Institute Faciility), as well as at New York Institute of Technology- Old Westvur, NY in 2010. This will be an evening/weekend program. I am proud of ur new affiliation. We will use my NYS Approval and materials to make sure students get the best available materials.
