Attend a NYS Approved 75 Hour On-Line Class and Pass the Proctored test at our school
Sign Up for and Pass the NYS Licensing test for RE Salesperson at the State Office Building
Interview with an determine which RE Brokerage firm you wish to work with
Send in your Application along with the PASS form from the State, the original Certificate from our school, the RE Broker confirmation that you are affiliated with their firm, and sign all information, mail it in the NYS, and within 2-3 weeks you will receive your License and Pocket Card.
The Broker retains your License, since you are working with their firm
You retain your Pocket Card as Identification
