The Average list price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for September of 2008 was $322,915

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for September of 2009 was $281,226

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for September of 2008 was $312,662

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Northbridge for September of 2009 was $274,269

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Northbridge in September of 2008 was 169 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Northbridge September of 2009 was 142 days.

In September of 2009 there were 18 homes that closed within the month for Milford Massachusetts. This is an increase of 11 units, as there were 7 homes that closed in September of 2008.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2008 was $285,486

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2009 was $305,927

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2008 was $276,257

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2009 was $298,272

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Milford in September of 2008 was 162 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Milford September of 2009 was 103 days.

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in September of 2009 was $309,924

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in September of 2008 was 115 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in September of 2009 was 128 days.

What must be stressed, however, is that these home figures still represent a healthy amount of sales. There are some signs that the market is starting to stabilize in Hopkinton and the surrounding area.
