About Us:

We are a title insurance, settlement and abstract company located in Pittsburgh, PA. My partner and I have a combined 16 years of experience in the mortgage/title industry. We pride ourselves on always putting the consumer first. We put a different spin on the title business. We have worked very hard to develop a solid network of colleagues (many of which are from ActiveRain) and we describe ourselves more as real estate consultants than we do as "the title company." We enjoy working with the consumer to help them find a realtor and a mortgage broker. We even have contacts for home remodeling and repair.

My partner, Jason Briscoe, spent some time being a very successful mortgage broker, so he understands the process and the programs and can often times work with the lender to get things to the closing table quicker and easier. This experience and knowledge can also work to educate the consumer. We can refer you to a realtor, a broker, a financial advisor, an appraiser and even someone for your home remodeling and repair needs. If it has anything to do with real estate, give us a call.

We offer the most personal yet professional service in the business. The more difficult a title is, the more motivated we are to get it to the closing table. Large title companies will walk away from deals that require additional effort. At Insight Settlement, we do everything possible to get your deal to close and I personally love the challenge of figuring out a difficult title.
