I am a resident of Andersonville in Chicago since 1988, I am active in the community, attend many local events, and volunteer in the neighborhood. Prior to my real estate career, I served as Director of Marketing in the banking, accounting and legal fields. My listings have the very best in photography and all of them include a floor plan. They are posted all over the web, and on Facebook. I help my sellers by bringing prepared buyers who have already screened the home by the time they arrive at the door. This shortens the time on market and significantly reduces the inconvenience to sellers of having unproductive showings.

Own and manage rental properties in Chicago and in Costa Rica. Completed the Residential Property Management course and am certified by the Community Investment Corporation in property management. The course covers everything from marketing and tenant selection, to safety and legal issues of being an investor/owner. In my spare time I love to garden and plan outdoor space, take photos of gardens and landscapes (my favorite place is the Chicago Botanic Garden), go on neighborhood history and home tours, read about Chicago history and of course travel to Costa Rica to sharpen my knowledge Spansh language and the Latin American culture.
