Upper Dublin Market Statistics for the first quarter of 2010 helped Montgomery County bring up the average for home sale prices. Montgomery County was one of three Counties showing the highest increases in sales prices from July 2009 to July 2010 with an increase of 10.1%.

In Zip Code 19002, the average selling price of homes for sale in Ambler was $399,100. That was 94.2% of the asking/list price. 72 homes sold with an average DOM 96.

In Zip Code 19025 - The average selling price of homes for sale in Dresher was $301,700. That was 97.2% of the asking/list price, 6 homes sold with an average DOM of 55.

In Zip Code 19034 - The average selling price of homes for sale in Fort Washington was $566,200. That was 88.1% of the asking/list price. 10 homes sold with an average DOM of 193.
