Hello I'm new to the real estate Business and very new to AR. I would like to introduce myself to you all. I'm new to the business but I saw a good sign yesterday. For the first time since I started watching the new listings I noticed there was actually more sold listings than new it was only 2 and it did not last but I think it is a good sign. I'm very optimistic!!!
