suns

My brother has planted sunflowers for many years....

Some years the rabbits ate them

Some years the deer ate them

Some years they didn't grow at all

Some years they grew so tall

Next year, I will plant the sunflowers here.....

Maybe the rabbits will eat them

Maybe the deer will eat them

Maybe they won't grow at all

Maybe they'll grow REAL TALL!

RIP (I LOVE YOU)

I Love the Country, Nature and Large Old Trees

old tree

I love Nature and all that it has to offer, I love trees and flowers, the

sky with its rainbows and sunsets, the moon and the stars......

me with old tree

I wanted you to see how big this tree really is, so I posed for a couple

pictures, I was working, and not at my usual job as a realtor,

so focus on the tree and try not to look at me!

me & tree

This tree is located along side a country road in the front yard of a residential home.

This is a perfect country setting, corn across the field, horses in the neighbors field, cows in the field in back of the house and a miniture forest to explore.....

The location offers a view of the rising sun from the kitchen window, and beautiful sunsets can be seen here as well.

So close to the large city where the hustle & bustle never ends, yet here in the peaceful countryside, time seems to stand still. The quiet and the beauty brings peace and tranquillity.....

This particular location is not offered for sale at this time, however, I can help you find the home of your dreams, or that perfect location to build the home of your choice!

This apple tree was planted by my Grandpa. It had to have been planted in the 1950's or before. A large wind took down the largest branch left on the old tree that sits in the back yard of the home he had built in the late 1800's. This may be the last year we get apples off it, there's not much left of it now. There is no other tree like this one, as he had grafted two trees together to create this tree. I'll have to ask my dad if he remembers what kind they were. The apples when ripe are a yellowish green and were my favorite from the time I was big enough to eat an apple. We would like to try to get a graft from it and see it we can continue this "one of a kind" apple tree.

Note: This was intended for the nature and marketing contest, but I was out of town all week end and had no access to a computer. I decided to post this even though it cannot be an entry.
