The 210 Trade Condo blog is heating up and starting to get momentum. People are very discouraged because of the simple fact the the developer Flathey and Collins have refused to stay in touch with the people who invested in the project at 210 Trade Street. I dissided to start a blog so people would have a sounding board to sound off on and we now have a news reporter form News 9 in Charlotte taking the bull by the horn so to speak. Hi Folks, these were the headlines this morning. What a great job Ghazi did with the EpiCentre. The only Movie theater and bowling alley just to mention a few. But it looks like Ghazi permits have run out for the store and business owners to be able to keep their businesses open. Now the city stated they would not close those businesses down at this time, but what does the future hold. I'm sure Ghazi will do everything he needs to get this project tied up.
