Even though the national real estate market has been declining, things here in Prosser are rising on a consistant basis. It is definitly a sellers market! Everytime I turn around, there is a new winery popping up. Which, in my opinion, is GREAT! I have lived in Prosser all my life and have always thought that this town would be a wonderful place to raise a family. But when I was younger, there were only hop, apple, and wheat fields. There wasn't a huge selection of employment. Not until the late 80's did the wine industry start to smell opportunity. Some say we are the next Sonoma. I say BRING IT ON, the more the merrier!
