Hello! I am Michelle Cox. I am one of the fortunate people who have a job that they LOVE! I have the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers achieve not only their financial goals but their home ownership dreams. For most people, purchasing a home will be the single largest expenditure they will have at any one given time. Thus laying the foundation of their financial future. If this foundation is laid poorly, it will be much like a home with a faulty foundation. Either requiring a glut of money to attempt to repair or in a worst case scenario it will cave in on them. Obviously the goal being to go with the solid foundation upon which to build many more investments and dreams!

There are many stages of home ownership. It is an amazing feeling to help first time homebuyers make a smart decision when purchasing that first starter home. It is rewarding to help them build the foundation of their financial future in a smart way. The next stage is when the first time home buyer becomes a first time home seller. The goal being to sell their first home and roll the equity that they have accrued into a home that not only fits their needs, but brings into the equation their wants. Again, assisting them to make the best choice for themselves and/or their family so they can continue to build a strong financial future. The next stage is when the homeowner has continued to build that financial foundation and are now ready to move onto the home of their dreams. This stage is a very rewarding one. To see an individual go from first time homebuyer, to the move up homeowner, to the dream homeowner all while making sure that they have the right information to make fiscally responsible moves for them and their loved ones is the best reward of all. Yeah, I LOVE my job!
