A Great Way to check and see if a Property has had Chinese Drywall! For those who live in Florida, Louisiana and the other States that were devastated by the Chinese Drywall disaster! Are you wondering if a home that you are interested in purchasing ever had Chinese Drywall? Go to http://projects.propublica.org/drywall/ and put in the address of the property that you are interested in.
Some Symptoms include:
- A noticeable smell of rotten eggs or sulfur.
- Having to replace coils in the A/C unit.
- Having to replace products that use electricity and contain copper.
- Pitting with black or discolored spots on metal, wiring and stainless steel.
