Happy Holidays Michelle,
Well, here we are week 9 into the home and the difference is incredible. I wanted to take a moment to wish you and your family the best this holiday season and to say "Thanks for everything!".
This is a tough time to buy or sell a home and you made both transactions as smooth as possible for me and more importantly for Emma. We are settling into the new home and Ryan is loving the extra space; his new room and the huge backyard. We just rec'd a paid in full letter from Citibank on our old home so it's final.
Please feel free to use us as a referral and you have our OK to show this letter to any prospective buyers/sellers who have any questions that you are the best. You helped us find the right home for us to expand into, but even more you know the market and helped us market our home and price it where we sold it in days, not months like you hear all the horror stories.
