I think that the best time of year to look at vacant land is in the fall and winter. It may not be the most fun, but I think it is the most informative. In Washington we can have good bouts of rain-Surprise! This can bring out features ofa property that may have gone unnoticed in the nicer sunnier parts of the year. Standing water or where it runs can effect the use of a property. It is always good to know what you are dealing with before you sign on the dotted line.
