Lake St Louis MO just made CNN Money's top ten places to live in the United States.
They ranked cities with populations of 8,500 to 50,000. The report took into consideration: Good jobs, low crime, affordable homes, lots to do and top notch schools.
Lake St Louis ranked the number nine community in the United States. These top ten cities have a mix of community spirit, can do attitude and simple charm.
If you're looking for a great place to raise a family with a healthy job market, these charming towns should be at the top of your list.
Lake St Louis has two lakes, three golf courses, five parks, a horse equestrian center, a clubhouse, pool and beach area to enjoy. There are numerous community groups from Golfing to Gardening to join. Children's soccer camps and adult softball leagues are just some of the planned community activities. The neighborhood has Movies in the Park and Music on the Lake. There is something for everyone in this charming city.

St Charles county MO
In an effort to bolster the American dream in St Charles county MO, first time home buyers and new residents planning to buy a newly constructed home could receive $1000 in closing cost assistance through a limited incentive program offered by HOME St Charles, a non-profit subsidiary of the Economic Development Center (EDC) of St Charles.
Known as the "Welcome Home Incentive Program" this local initiative offers $500 from HOME St Charles to qualifying new home purchasers if their banker, builder or mortgage broker will provide a $500 match. Officials say they currently have funding to issue 20 incenitve awards.
