• HOME IMPROVEMENT: Staged To Sell is now one of Portland’s only staging firms with an Oregon Contractor’s License. Offering services such as interior and exterior paint, small remodels and installation of crown molding, carpet, vinyl, hardwoods, tile, fixtures as well as many other home improvements. Our team of designers, painters and carpenters can transform your home leading to a quick sale for more money. Prices vary depending on square footage. Call for a free estimate

• VACANT HOME STAGING: This service is for vacant properties that need to be illuminated with furnishings and accessories to enhance the architectural selling features of the home. By being vacant, properties exaggerate the empty and cold visual appearance and first impression. We bring warmth and interest to the seller’s vacant home with our beautiful furnishings and accessories to create a welcoming impression with all buyers. This investment is between $100- $350 per room depending on size and amount of rooms being designed and furnished.

• STAGING CONSULTATION WITH REPORT: This service guides seller’s to stage their own home in order to prepare their property for sale. We prepare a detailed report including, paint colors, furniture placement, and a list of recommendations that need to be accomplished to result in a property that is "head and shoulders" above the competition in the current real estate market. The investment of this report is between $250-$450 dollars depending on the size of the home and existing condition. It is a great service for realtors to offer as part of their listing services and a great market differentiator.

• VIGNETTE STAGING: This is a wonderful service for realtors staging a vacant listing or home owners who are on a budget. Staged to Sell will set up small decorative areas in each room to give dimension and a focal point. It is a great way to to eliminate the empty and cold visual appearance of a vacant home. As we all know, there is no such thing as a perfect house. When a house is empty there is nothing to look at except any flaws there may be in the floors, paint or walls. The investment of vignette staging is between $150 - $250 per room depending on the size and existing condition.

• COMPLETE HOME STAGING (RE-DESIGN): This hands–on service utilizes my seller’s existing furniture and accessories to accentuate the positive qualities of the property. We de-clutter the home, remove furniture, change traffic flow and rearrange the appropriate amount of furnishings to make a positive fist impression so that any buyer can easily visualize the size and features of each room. The goal is for buyers to be able to mentally “move –in” their furnishings. Buyers only “know what they see, not the way it is going to be.” The investment of Redesign is between $75-$275 dollars a room depending on the size and existing condition.

• WE OFFER FREE PROPOSALS: This is a free service to you. We will come to your property and determine the specific needs of your home, discuss your budget and design a plan to maximize the sale of your home. Then we will provide you with a written proposal.
