Ive been around the block a few times and now Im looking to help others that are just getting started. Given the current economic conditions, a huge need has presented itself in the REO market. Which, as we all know, REOs are everywhere these days. This is actually one of the best times to be an agent. But, I see a lot of agents that are feeding into the "Bad Market" or self-fulfilling prophecy. Remember, if you think its bad, then it is and conversely, if you focus on the good, then more good will come!

Getting to the point, Im working on a website that will bridge the gap of frustration between buying and selling agents in an REO transaction. While Im working on the project, Ill share with you the domain name: www.NewREOLeads.com This isnt just going to be another site that shows foreclosures...it will be much more agent focused (as in helping agents make more money). The concept is that it will also be FREE to agents! Financial support will come from agents clicking on sponsored links. Given the choice of paying for the service or having an advertiser pay, I think you can see the advantage already to the agent.
