If you are are bored in Jacksonville or Orange Park today...you have no reason to be. Or maybe your Realtor is doing an Open House at your place and you have some time to kill this afternoon. Perhaps you just want to get the kids out of the house for awhile.
After all, looking out my window it looks to be a fantastic day outside. It may even hit the 70 degree mark. A really nice change for sure.
If you're wondering what to do and you're not looking to buy real estate today, even though it the perfect time to do it....take a look at this link I came across for events in Jacksonville

Okay so as far as Florida is concerned State Farm is calling it quits! Again???? It seems like I've heard this before. Well actually they still want to offer insurance products for some things...for instance, auto, life and health insurance along with some other financial products and services. However, they are planning on dropping policies that cover homeowners, condos, personal liability, boats, personal watercraft, personal articles and business and liability policies.
So do they actually think they will keep current customers as customers when they tell them...sure we'll continue to take your money for your automobiles but as far as your homeowners insurance you'll have to go elsewhere.

So if you currently have State Farm an incident like this may require 2 phone calls!
YIKES!!
