Lured by increases in prices, as 92101 Urban Living talked about in an earlier blog, Slight increase in Median Home Prices, but also government incentives like interest rates and tax brakes, first time buyers are finally rushing in. Housing sales are increasing in some of the hardest markets. So, why is this happening? In this market, bargain deals attract cash rich people and foreclosures are being dumped. If it is the right deal, why wait? Shoppers are getting interested again now when prices have fallen , improving the balance between buyers and sellers. Urban Trees 5 Exhibit

The half mile stroll along San Diego Bay’s North Embarcadero in Downtown San Diego has once again been improved with 31 new uniquely designed sculptural trees in the Urban Trees Exhibit. This is the fifth year for this rotating exhibit, which is a part of the Port of San Diego’s Public Art Program. Last year 92101 Urban Living talked about this project in general and wrote a blog about it “San Diego Urban Trees“.Sculpted with a variety of designs and materials this exhibit is giving San Diego Bay artistic life and color and invites city residents and visitors to walk along and enjoy the creative designs. Some of the designs are very clever. There is one with a kaleidoscope and another one with bicycle wheels made out of fans. What else could be more relaxing and inspiring than taking the family out for a walk for this unique experience?Click here to see the Tree Gallery. The following link showcases information about this current exhibit of Urban Trees.
