With so many Real Esate agents in Greenville, NC , it's hard to know who to turn to. Often times my clients, buying or selling real estate, have commented on my personal attention, my quick response time and especially my upfront honesty and the way that I keep in touch. I believe that the most important client is the one that you are in front of at the time. I feel that there are certain things that I would want in an agent if I had to have one, most importantly, one who listens. If you aren't listening, and I mean truly listening, to what your client's wants and needs are, then you are about to make a whole lot of mistakes. I have been told several times by my clients, that, "We tried so and so and they kept showing us homes that were way over our budget or in the wrong area." They also express concerns about "pushy" agents who will say things like, "We have an offer coming in today on this one soooo...." I don't agree with that sort of thing. I think the best way to practice Real Estate ,in my market, is to not "sell" at all. Just be there for your client to answer the endless questions they will have and, by all means, be forthright and honest. I am here solely as a guide and to lend my professional advice. Not to "sell" a house. I try to be there, "johnny on the spot" for my clients and make sure that they are getting what is in their best interest. It's not about the commission with me. It's about the referal. I would rather "close" 10 homes because I did the right thing to be referred, than to "sell" one house because I was pushy or lied to my client. Not withstanding, I have four superb children, and my adoring wife, relying on me to provide for them. I do that through Real Estate. I went through a lot to become a licensed professional and I abide by a strict code of ethics. Practicing Real Estate to me is a passion and I would never, ever, jeapordize that for any deal, no matter what. So if you want someone to represent you, buying or selling real estate in Greenville, NC or the surrounding areas, all I ask is that you give us an opportunity to "earn" your business and i assure you that you won't be dissapointed.
